The responsibility of United Traders Syndicate doesn't end after selling the various Toyota products. Rather we know that sales is just an initiation for a whole chain of services. UTS calls these services, 'Post Sales Services' or After Sales Services'.
UTS, in this regard, is well equipped with various equipments, like hydraulic lift and total servicing equipment along with experienced, well trained mechanics from Japan besides having a complete set of diagnostic tools and SST (Special Service Tools), two and four posts electric lift, Intelligent Tester, Special Detecting Tools of EFI System necessary for repair and maintenance of the vehicles, providing all repair facilities under one roof.
Unlike other workshops, total workshop area is 'covered' with roof so as to prevent customer vehicles from being weather beaten. Also, it has a separate well equipped and covered dent facilities with well experienced dent team. Along with local experienced and well trained team of mechanics, they are being assisted by regular visit of Technical Team of Toyota, Japan. Besides, they are also being aided with fully equipped library of technical and repair manuals for references.
It also facilitates customers with home pick up and delivery for their regular services. And, the success of UTS's service orientation relies on the fact that it has a complete repair history of customer's vehicle and follow up system.
The above mentioned services were what we call post sales services under one roof. Beyond this, UTS has been providing road services as well. This facility is aimed for those customers whose vehicles get broken down on the road in and around the Kathmandu valley.
